take your Pilatesstick to class, clip in and go to work.
What do I get with my Pilatesstick?
The Pilatesstick comes as a system that includes our
innovative contoured Pilatesstick strap to assist in securing hands and feet
resulting in reduced slippage. Pilatesstick also includes a Pilatestick mat,

How does the Pilatesstick attach?
The Pilatesstick can lock into almost all types of doors. It
can also be attached to ballet bars, existing gym equipment, the Core Pole, and
wall attachments. Pilatesstick is also working towards a wall mount that
swivels 360 degrees, allowing for very interesting and creative work.
Can the Pilatestick duplicate an authentic Pilates workout?
